I recently was given a Gateway NE56R10u, they tried to restore it and crashed the whole system. I got it fixed and upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate along with a RAM upgrade. We reinstalled all the drivers, latest updates.

It's saying that my DVD drive (listed above) has an error and the drivers might need reinstalled. When looking at device status this is the message it says 'Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)' I have uninstalled and restarted, I have tried to auto update, I have tried to update my chipset once again, I have also tried to fix it by the windows updates, as well as troubleshooting.
