I will do a 'restore' and try again. All I get now is 'missing driver' I am not savy enough to know whether it's HP ( I've removed and re-loaded it several times) or Windows. My system tells me I'm running Windows 10. HP software downloads and attempts to install for Windows 8. I never used Windows 8. I went from Windows 7 to Windows 10 (All automatic downloads from Microsoft). Thanks again for the effort!
