I am having the same problem of a black vertical line on the document when printing from any application that has a graphic in it (Mozilla & MS Office products). If I print from Word or Excel with no inserted graphics the documents print perfectly, but if I insert a graphic, pic, etc from the web or from file the black line appears down the right side of either document. Is there anything out there that you know of that would work in my situation to clear up this trouble? I really like the printer and don't want to have to return it. Unfortunately no help here.
