I upgraded to Win 10 on 7/29/2015 and my scanner does not work (it was not recognized by the Win 10 build and did not show on my desktop). I went to the Epson site and downloaded the latest driver (Win 10, 64 Bit compatibility). I downloaded the driver (Epson13936.EXE) then unzipped the file with auto install.

After it installed I restarted the computer. The Icon for the scanner now appears on my desktop (Start page(?)) and when I click on the icon the system works and soon the Epson start page with the ICE logo appears and then quickly disappears and there is no error code shown.
